Booth readers are likely already aware of Shady/Aftermath/Interscope‘s plans to dominate in ‘09: Em, 50, and Dre‘s forthcoming albums are first priority; after the smoke clears, the rest of their roster will see their projects’ delays lifted.  One of these artists-in-waiting is Ca$his, who’s finally dropped another street single off his long-awaited The Art of Dying LP (formerly known as Loose Cannon). On the newly-released cut, the emcee addresses the ever-present stresses of street life—though having to dodge the police would be a frightening experience for most of us, it’s Just Anutha Day to Ca$his.  The record’s highlight comes courtesy of DJ Khalil, who channels Dre on his mid-tempo, piano-and-synth beat—all you need is ‘64 and heavy bass-speakers, and you can experience this cut in all its glory.  If you enjoy Ca$his’ distinctive blend of L.A. and Chi-town flavor, stay tuned to the Booth for his contribution to our exclusive freestyle series, coming soon.

This track is OK. The production is mediocre "street" production, and that sample gets annoying after a while. IMO Ca$his' flow and lyrics are below average as well. Nothing too special on this track.

Ca$his has a solid flow and production from DJ Khalil is always straight. Not sure this could really work anywhere but the streets (or the net), but it seems like the intention is just that. Hoping to hear much more from my fellow Chicagoan soon.

Sidebar: I wonder if Ca$his is Jewish or he just enjoys that Star of David necklace. I need to ask him.

DAYUM! THIS IS WACKNESS right here! For all of this they just should have kept Stat-Quo who has a better flow, sound, and style. His flow is different, but it just sounds like someone playing around to me. This is STRAIGHT TRASH!!! I am very disappointed in Ca$his. I thought he was supposed to be the future...oh well.

This wasn't that bad. Seeing all of the low reviews, I wasn't expecting much, but this is aight. It's not garbage. His flow was tight as was the production, and the overall song sounded pretty good. I think it's rotation worthy.

I agree with DJBlaze. I'm sorry, but the only good part of this song is the production, and that is not near good enouugh to save this track. It can't get more than one star, I'm afraid.

I don't think he sounds so bad...he reminds me of 50 Cent! The music is good but the beat is too slow...I've heard worse, but I wouldn't listen to this again
