Despite negative-to-mixed reviews in the Booth, Busta Rhymes’ current single, Arab Money, has become a certified hit, taking the clubs by storm, inspiring hip-hop’s newest dance craze, and spawning countless unofficial remixes.  Thanks to its popularity, not one but two official remixes have been created; the first of which we have for you here.  With a slightly modified hook (Busta does the Arabic part and Ron Browz pronounces “Arab” differently) the new remix features Diddy, Swizzy, T-Pain, Akon, and Weezy,  each putting in 8 bars of International Stunting 101.  Undoubtedly, this one will spark a “who has the best verse” debate.  Busta’s eighth studio album, now called Back On My B.S., will arrive in stores and at online retailers on March 10.

I still think that the concept of "Arab Money" is ober retarded. If anyone was wondering, "Bismi 'llahi 'r-rahmani 'r-rahim" is part of a Muslim prayer in Arabic that translate in English to "In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, Ever Merciful.". I'm not a Muslim or anything, but I just remember looking up this phrases' meaning after hearing Lupe Fiasco say it on the "Food and Liquor" intro. Plus...I think the underlying meaning is something deeper...keep your ears and eyes open. I'm not coming against it or anything, but it's always good to know what you are saying before you just look at it as just a song. That's just a little advice. but anyways, back to the song...I liked Diddy's part a little bit, because that little switch up on the beat was pretty cool. Swizzy was okay...Pain 's part probably was the best. But I feel overall, the production and hook still stands out more than all the artists on this one.

This is so much better than the original. He is actually using arabic in the chorus this time rather than indian mumbalings...lol....I hate to say it but Diddy had the best Verse out of all of them and Akon had the worse...& Lil Wayne didn't even try....(Chorus)...Bismilahi Rahmani Rahim....Hamdulilahi Rabel Alamiin...We getting Arrrab Money!!....Sick...

I'm wit the others here, I was never really feelin the whole "Arab Money" concept. It's just kind of weird in my opinion. However, it can't be questioned that this production is fire and can rock a dance floor at any point. I don't really think any artist does a bad job on here, it's just that extremely long and repetitive chorus that throws me off.

F*ck the dance... but this goes real hard in the clubs. If you don't attend clubs, or are not old enough to get into real clubs, please withhold negative judgments here haha.

I agree with Michaelhannah that the concept of this song is weird, I am a muslim and know what they are saying in this song. In this song they say "Bismillah hir Rahman nir Rahim, Alhamdulillahhi Rabbil Alameen" which in english means "In the name of God, most Gracious, most Compassionate, All praise and thanks are for Allah, the Lord and Cherisher of all creation" I don't really understand why they say this in the song, but also Busta says "a salam wa alaikum rahmatu allah wa barakatuh" which in English means "May peace be upon you with Allah's mercy and Allah's blessing." As i said before i don't understand the fact of putting it into the song.

Now about the song, I think it's got a great beat which goes hard in the car or the clubs. All the featured artists were singing their verses really well and i agree with cb that the chorus is realy long and repetitive.

When I saw all the Artists on this I HAD to listen, Although it was a let down. Still non the less I can see why its a banger at the clubs the production is good and every featured artist does his stuff.

3.5 out of 5.
