Back in the early-to-mid 2000s, the Neptunes were arguably the biggest producers in all of hip-hop.  One of their many heavyweight clients was Busta Rhymes, who flowed over Pharrell & Chad’s beats on such hits as What It Is, Pass the Courvoisier Pt. 2, and Light Ya Azz On Fire.  Naturally, when the Neptunes and their Star Trak label put together the soundtrack for Fast & Furious (in theaters April 3), they opted to amp up the high-energy mood with a Busta & Pharrell collabo.  Originally set to appear on the forthcoming Back on My BS (when it was known as Blessed and slated to be released on Aftermath/Interscope), Show Ya G-Stro is a club banger that should spark fond memories inside old-school fans’ heads and get the new-schoolers moving when spun at the spot.  The Fast & Furious soundtrack is available now in stores and online, and fans can look forward to another collaboration between Bussa Bus and Skateboard P in Kill Dem, set for inclusion on the May 19th release of Back on My BS.

There is a lot of energy on here. Definitely created for the clubs. The Neptunes came with a tight beat and Busta came hard. Lyrically not the best, but being built for clubs that's not the point. I can't hate. That movie will be tight too (hopefully). Haha

Busta is back, he came with a lot of energy on this & the production from The Neptunes was quite good. Not a fan of the 'show ya g-stro' chorus, but other then that, i thought this was pretty sweet.

Remember when movies had all hip hop based soundtracks? Nutty Professor? XXX? The Wood? How High? Belly?

I hope to see a return to those days... F&F is a good start. Busta will rotate on my tables.

I've never liked Busta's flow, he raps too fastly in my opinion. But he often has good beats, like this! It's a nice club banger, but I wouldn't put it in my mp3 player

Loving this track right now. Both killed it. and im glad the beat isnt TOO weird sounding. Sometimes Neptunes likes to do that. But this is just right - sounds like old Neptunes.

Busta killed it with the lyrics. I can't say this is a banger to me. It's all good though.

A real tight/classic busta flow on this one, along wit a Neptunes beat that's reminiscent of other Busta tracks from years passed. I do have to say that the beat is a tad bit too mellow for Busta's energetic and intense vocals. That doesn't make or break the track tho, its still a banger. Party/club song for sure!

haha didn't realize this is on the fast and furious soundtrack, just watched the third one last night and this has a really similar sound to a song in it. Beat is nice, definitely got that neptune feel. Like bustas second verse a lot.
