Though Arab Money and Hustlers Anthem ‘09 have picked up considerable buzz, Busta Rhymes has decided to release yet another official single to make absolutely sure that Back On My B.S. actually drops on May 19th. Unlike the previous releases, Conglomerate finds Busta returning to the aggressive flow he’s been known for since the mid-‘90s (and, if you’ve looked at our ratings for his work, the one Booth-heads prefer). The single’s lineup is a little different from the previously-leaked version set for inclusion on the album; while both versions include Jadakiss’ contribution and a booming beat by Busta’s former labelmate, Focus, the single version subs out Young Jeezy in favor of a new verse by the one and only Lil Wayne—sans autotune! Given Busta and Weezy’s similar tastes for off-the-wall rhyming, most will say Universal Motown made the right choice (both critically and commercially). Now that’s a conglomerate you’ve got to respect!

This is crack! I love Busta's focus on the clubs right now, he is on a roll, period. The production knocks hard and I would love gettin down to this one.
Only problem I have is that Busta is riding Wayne way too hard - I don't think I have enough fingers and toes to count how many songs he's featured Wayne lately. Overall solid record. |

This beat goes hard. All three are tight on here. Busta's aggresive flow is back, which I'm diggin. Wayne sounds so much better off the auto-tune and Jada never disappoints.

I agree cb, wayne isnt stellar these days, but based on his sales, artists are still gonna try and enlist him.
Jadakiss killed it (i would do the laugh, but i cant...) |

The beat is hot and I like the hook. This is better than the original all 3 artists bring solid verses. This is banging!

This is dope! But I would have loved to see Jeezys verse included in the "single" version...wouldve been that much better!

Not too impressed with this one. I feel as if Busta's lost all his radio appeal. His lyrics are as strong as ever but he just can't seem to recreate a "Break Ya Neck" or "Touch It" sized hit. I'm predicting pretty low sales for Back on My B.S.; not because it'll be bad, just because it's lacking in mainstream appeal. Anyways, the lyricism on this one is strong; as is the production but I can't help but feel I would never listen to it again. It's in rotation for now.

This Goes HARD right here, right from the beginning! Busta is the only dude from almost 20 years ago that is still this good. The Hook is tight! Lil Wayne provides his normal goodness as well. The beat is good and the beat hits really hard. Jadakiss delivers big time! This has CLA$$IC Potential written all over it!

Should have rolled with this originally over that supposed "anthem" with Pain. This is the Busta I love.

I'm really feelin the energy that's in the beat ... Busta & Jada go hard ... Weezy is aiight, but alot better than Jeezy to me ... but i would not go as far sayin this is any better than supposed "anthem" WITH Pain (DAMN! this is like the first time i disagree with Z's view)

I prefer the Jeezy version as I felt the grittiness of the beat suited him more then it did Weezy. Busta was alright, though Jada was the highlight on a track with a hard hitting beat.
This is a 3.5 song, the original is a 4 |

This is the Busta we all like 2 hear, that intensity is second to none! the sample is a nice monotone contrast to Busta and Wayne's goofy flows. All three rappers put it down on here, nice track

Production is insane! Props to Focus. Busta is back on his B.S.! Lovin his energy on the track. Don't like how Wayne used his February 18th verse but its nice nonetheless. Jada is dope as always, never fails to disappoint. Bangerrrrrrrrr

At a first listen I'm really feeling it. I find myself bobbing my head to it. It's def a club song or a song you just sit and ride to. Busta has always been someone that I've been 50/50 with. I like most of his singles, but never the albums. Wayne is always good in my book and Kiss is moving up on my list. Overall I'll def listen to it more than once. I don't think it'll get much play on the radio in the Lou, but in the clubs yeah. Its hot!

These are 3 big rappers, and I expected better from them. Of course they sound good, the beat is great but the overall result isn't so excellent to me. After a while I get tired of this song! Would dance to it in the club, that's all

Booth isn't gonna put EM up. They didn't even put crack a bottle up. dont really like any Busta songs lately. I think that genre is gone. Ja, Busta, DMX, all those guys have similar type voices and have all been phased out(locked up) ha.

Man, I have to say I loved the original, even the Jeezy verse but I'm Jeezy fan so I'm biased. This track is sick, definitely the best that Busta has put out recently amongst the myraid of tracks he has dropped as of late. It's refreshing to hear Weezy sans auto-tune but unfortunately his slighly lacklusture effort is overshadowed by Busta and especially Jada who rips his verse apart, awesome. Production is fresh...BANGER!
Looking forward to the new Busta album, and I'm really hoping its gonna be good, for his and my sake. |

I'm sorry, but to me, the Arab Money remix was SO much better than this. I just don't feel this production. If you haven't checked out the Arab Money remix, with T-Pain, Akon, Weezy, etc. and you think this song is hot, check that song out! Straight fire. This one for me is just in rotation.

Where do I start? First of all Lil Wayne keeps putting used verses on songs. his verse on this song was already recorded along with the Always Strapped song. He used the whole song already on a mixtape. In my opinion Jadakiss was the light of the track. His verse was the only verse that had meaning to it and wasn't rambling about things he doesn't even do. Not sayin Busta doesn't rap with meaning. Lil Wayne has flow but no meaning. And thats what hip hop is about, MEANING!
