This past April, when Busta Rhymes first premiered Don’t Touch Me (Throw Da Water On ‘Em) as one of two singles off his forthcoming album, lessed, listeners were elated to see him return to his “crazy” fast-paced style of rapping. But little did they know, Busta’s flow was inside countless other MCs as well. Following a new Busta verse over the original Hitmen beat, Flipmode protégés Reek Da Villain and Spliff Star prove on this remix that the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree. After heavyweights The Game, Lil’ Wayne, and Nas each bring their fire to the track, hip-hop legend Big Daddy Kane sparks the last embers before the counter hits zero. UM WOWWWWW! Hottest Remix in the last couple years? MAybe. This is BAngin. Big Daddy Kane, Busta, and Nas all on the same track= automatic bangin. Thats Right!
I remember I didn't like the original too much, but this right here is very nice. I even like Busta on this one, which for some reason lately, I wasn't digging like late 90s Busta. But this verse was nice, and better than his original lyrics. DO IT FOR THE PEOPLE! Reek Da Villain, whom I've never ever heard of before this track "IS A BEAST"!. I definitely liked his verse. His voice sounded a bit like Fabolous and his delivery and lyrics were definitely sick! Spliff is a beast too. Why doesn't he rap more often. The Game came off hard as well. MAN! Mad respect for that homey! Lil Wayne is that deal. He actually came nice on here, because he HAD TO. Nas is NAS! Enough said. Hearing Big Daddy Kane rap makes me made me wish I was around in the era of the height of his success. "Kane is who the rockstars part like". That was definitely hot. This is another remix full of hot verses and rappers on a different style and coast. Still all music, and still all good. This is an instant classic! I just might cop that new Busta album after all!
Yea i think Lil Wayne HAD to come hard on this one because he would have got blown away if he wouldnt have come as hard as he could come, but lets all admit, this is not the BEST remic of the last couple of years, and Lil Wayne DID NOT come his hardest in my opinion..
I agree with mike about Reek the villian! dude is a beast 4 real! He not only held his own against the big names, but out shined some of um. i'll on the look out for dude. I think we may have somethin here!
like the original and the remix is crazy...busta bus has been very slept on lately he has been doin CRAZY tracks like this FOR A LONG a$$ time! don't sleep!
just plain sick. I agree it is deff one of the nastiest remixs in a couple years. everyone brings it hard and this song just kills. This better be on the album
Drums are sick in this song. Busta Rhymes brings it hard in this right here. The game is sick he has the ilest lyrics. Lil wayne is getting warmed up for his album coming out.
I didn't like the original mainly because of the beat...this is a freestlye song and everybody on here puts down well there flows..especially Busta and The Game
Iz it me..or is Weezy the most overated rapper ever. I mean he is good..but best rapper in the world...hmmmm
(Anyway this track is fire)
Busta & Game kill it for real
I'm feelin this track right here, I think The Hitmen dropped some nice unique production. Its a fun banger with a fun hook and brings back that old school Busta with energy and charisma. Wayne spits some fire, Game isn't bad, although his whole "shh" thing gets a little annoying. Nas flow is tight and he's on point on the beat, Big Daddy Kane dropped a solid verse. Reek Da Villain and Spliff were decent.
Wow....I Agree With The Greatest. Hottest Remix So far, Yes, Better then "We Takin Over" and "I'm So Hood" Remix. Reek, Spliff, Wayne & Kane Killed it On here.
