Busta Rhymes and Teddy Riley are making a movie and it isn’t the kind you’ll find in theaters this summer. Going back to his days as a member of the singing groups Guy and Blackstreet, feature singer/producer Teddy Riley acts as the director, while Rhymes lays down three verses that are wrapped around asking his women to play out their fantasies… on camera. After hearing “Lights, Camera, Action,” Busta uses his veteran experience to carry the song movie, but does so in an unorthodox manner. Rapping as slow as Shawty Lo (possibly even slower), Busta knows it takes time to perfect a wide screen debut and leaves his Speedy Gonzales flow at home. Could a film deal be far behind?
Teddy Riley is really starting to kill it once again. He did a few songs on the new Snoop album that were good and on this his production is simply FIRE! This is really sick. Busta is soooo underrated that its not even funny. He is the only artist who managed to tweak his style to last over 15 years! The chorus is done nicely on here, and Busta is smooth on this one with a GREAT flow. BANGER once again for the day!
yo this song fresh...butsta always have brought that special delivery wit his lyrics and flow...and after this joint....im ready to make a lil movie myself...*wink*...~
Busta is a great rapper I've come to realize. His slow flow like this is addictive and sounds great and then he can really go fast and hit those lyrics and that is just incredible. He's a great rapper and Teddy Riley has a fire voice on this track. Banger.
Now this is a hot track, Busta laid it down nice and smooth... well he always does tremendously well with this type of track. And damn teddy riley was pure silk on here, which really impressed me because his recent features for other artists have been kinda yawn for me.
yea I like this, but should have used Avant because his director album was very creative, and he used this whole concept really well on his last album. But I guess if Riley had the most influence on this track then Avant wouldnt be used in the end, but still a good tune. Busta is very under-rated and I think that this year he will rip up like Luda did last year.
its ok.....i like busta n yea dis is a different look for him n it does sound a lil un natural for him....especailly since i cant really imagine him tryna tlk to sexy to me...lol but i think da video will b good n if i start to hear it on da radio it'll grow on me more....riley did his thang on here tho..
its good for a slow song by busta but it seems like he needs a few more tries before he hits something great tho. it gets a 4 cuz it wasnt bad and i bet i'll be playing this again soon
