The great state of Vermont – also known as “The Green Mountain State” – is known for things like maple syrup, bed & breakfasts, popular 80’s TV show Newhart and the band Phish. What they are not known for is hip-hop. This is something that buzzing artist BURNTmd is trying to change with each successive release. As he gears up to release his latest mixtape, The Green Invasion, the “practitioner” has dropped his latest single, Medicine Ball, featuring a verse from Planet Asia and Copywrite on the chorus. The J. Glaze produced song finds BURNTmd and collaborators take time to deliver braggadocio filled rhymes of putting in work and doing grime when needed. BURNTmd came through with another heater. The chemistry on this record between Planet Asia and the good doctor, with Copywrite relegated to hook duties is incredibly balanced. Throw in some hard hitting production from J. Glaze and this is a winner - keep it up doc!!

This sounds Like I hopped in a time machine and went right back to 1997 (in a good and bad way). Its a good thing because the flows are on-point in a 1997 kind of way, but its a bad thing because its 14 years too late.
