At this point, Booth favorite Bullet doesn’t need much in the way of an introduction—in the year since he first hit our front page, we’ve watched the Chi-town up-and-comer and production partner Slot A develop a sound that, though trendy as all get-out, remains very much their own. With such a good thing going, you’d expect Bullet to take an “if it ain’t broke” approach to his debut single, and, sure enough, not much has changed—Mr. Robotic is another of the twosome’s signature club bangers. The emcee’s propulsive flow and the beatsmith’s scorching synth grooves are in full effect here; the formula’s simply been tweaked for maximum dancefloor-packing power. The biggest surprise actually comes at the record’s very end, when Slot A’s instrumental changes key, segueing into an off-kilter keyboard solo that, as far as I’m concerned, could’ve gone on for another minute or so without overstaying its welcome. Bullet’s forthcoming EP of the same name has yet to receive a solid release date, but with the emcee’s consistent knack for turning in crowd-pleasing hits, it should only be a matter of time…

Damn. To be honest, I wasn't expecting much at all because the last song I heard from him was that "1 In The Morning" song, which I wasn't impressed with. Then I saw the classic ratings, and I really didn't know what to expect. This was tight though. The production was crazy and Bullet came hard. He's now on my radar.

This is probably the most marketable song I've heard from Bullet. The production is nice, but not too over the top (like some of his other tracks.) His flow and lyrics are nice as usual. The hook is def catchy; this may grow to Banger status for me.

Slot-A has some heat in his arsonal. This is one of um. Bullet's album should be sick. I've heard some @ood shit from him. Earth @irls is still my favorite. This is cool.

Seeing the high ratings I expected better! It's in Rotation but nothing super to me ... to me it sounds like their previous "signature club bangers" & that makes it "its nothing we all haven't heard before" ...
His joint with Donny Goines - Fortune Teller is still my favourite ... Rotation. |

I knew this was coming: Bullet and Slot-A are too good of a great combo to hold it for long. Slot-A is a genius with those synths, every note is catchy and well harmonized to create a party in your ears! The pre-chorus percussion is a nice touch on the great rhythm the song has. Bullet has the energy, flow and lyrics to keep the club movin with their brains still on. The flow/beat change at the end, AMAZING! Dynamic, catchy and very energetic! |

I'll always be a fan of Bullet's music. He brings crazy energy to every track....his flow and versatility are what keeps me feelin every song and Mr. Robotic is definitely somethin that I'll be groovin to til the next hit drops!

This song is a true club banger, I'm sure the Breakers will hit the dance floors and pop-lock to this all night long. Bullet you did the damn thing with this song. You've got a crazy flow and you bring it every verse.... Man!! I think we're very ready to hear what else is to come.
I can't give it more then a 5 but it deserves a 10 for real. |

Yeah this song deserves 4 stars for real! Slot-A is a genius, I'm loving his production! It always changes, it's full of energy, it makes me move...greeeat! Bullet sounds ok. I don't like the "robotic" effect, but well I guess it's necessary in this song!

I don't get why there are so many high ratings. Are you people serious. This sounds cheap even though it may not be, but to me it sure does sound like it. And the rapping was average and so were the lyrics. It's ok- isn't that great....seriously how can you give this a 5??

Everything on this track is made for the clubs, from the production to the lyrics. I definitely want to hear this getting pumped in some clubs down here. |

@Macli - I'd definitely say so. But who is THE producer in the game right now? I'd put my money on Sharam, after hearing (and LOVING) "She Came Along." Teh production on that song was S.I.C.K. I would have to say that song is the best produced song I've heard in a good few years. So, my money is on Sharam.
