Thanks to a certain golfer’s now-legendary infidelities, sex addiction has become urban music’s lyrical theme du jour. In recent months, everyone from Maino to Ludacris has celebrated his Tiger-esque appetite for booty in song. With new single Sex-a-holic (Can’t Get Enough) (presented here in remixed form), R&B group Brutha present a new twist on the trendy topic: as Anthony, Jared, Jacob, Papa and Grady soulfully explain over Eric Hudson‘s catchy, harp-laced boardwork, it’s one particular woman’s brand of sex-a-hol that has them hooked. Jadakiss can clearly relate – handling guest duties on this version of the record, the D-Block emcee spends his closing verse describing the girl who has him constantly fiending for more “Tank top on, jeans lookin’ like she’s bustin’ em / Manicure, pedicure, both airbrush on em…” So, readers, is this track as addictive as the woman (women?) in question? Fans should keep it locked for the latest on Brutha’s sophomore LP, Vacancy , which has yet to receive a release date.

You know whats funny? This song appeals to female listeners, but speaks to men (who obviously should be able to relate - right, guys?) directly. Does that make it a potential hit? Possibly.
Vocally the guys have nice range, but I'd prefer to hear more harmonizing between them. Too much individual singing.

Brutha isn't necessarily my favorite RnB group but they have the potential to make hits. Not really feeling the Jada contribution but it's good.

Best Brutha song I have yet to hear, and I HATED their other singles. This is too smooth and Jada delivered.

This surprised me at the fact that I liked it so much. I've never liked any of their other singles but this isn't just catchy, it's creative on what's going on in the media. I always love a Jada verse and he even raises the already great song.

I liked One Day on Earth...They seem like they are trying to be pop, but when you see them perform they remind me of an old school mid 80's group....idk anyone else feel what I'm saying?

Ah. Just ah. Brutha undoubtedly all sing well, and Jada's verse is decent, but it's just not grabbing me. It feels like you have all these great individual parts, but they don't truly mesh together. Sorry guys, but I've heard better from you.
BTW, I don't get this "lover, friend, homey" thing. I want my girl to be my lover, and my friend, but I'm glad she's not my homey. I play Madden and drink with my homeys, which is exactly the type of thing I don't want to do with my girl. Sorry, got distracted.

These Dudes is NICE with it! They have good voices. The production is tight. The songwriting is perfect for them and this track. They sound really good. Jadakiss always sounds good on an R&B track. Good feature. It's hard to find a fault with this track. I'm really feelin it! Damn...CLASSIC MAYBE?
