Featured on our pages just last month with the release of the self-explanatory, Piece In The Glovebox, Cali native Breezy Lovejoy has returned with yet another uniquely soulful tune. Joined by Shafiq Husayn on his LOVEJOY single TICKETS, the songster opens up with a seemingly mellow addition of strings before gifting the song with his intriguingly raw vocals paired with pleasant percussion. Throughout the song Lovejoy croons his way through a little late night hustling paired with “humble living” before referring to his various occurrences as possible allusions in the song’s mysterious hook. Expect a full helping of soulful cuts when the DJBooth newcomer’s LOVEJOY album is released on October 31.
