For those who were shocked by Bow Wow‘s unexpected f-bomb tirade on the DJ Khaled-assisted record, Stunt, expect plenty of similar joints when Bow drops his sixth album, H.I.M. (History In the Making), this fall. Letting listeners understand once and for all that the puppy’s grown into a big dog, the 21-year-old reveals the Pole In My Basement, hoping to snag some females out of the strip clubs and bring ‘em over to his place. And symbolizing true career evolution, B Dub gets his “T-Pain” on with the assistance of the ever-faithful voice box. Though some parents might be hesitant to buy H.I.M. for their children, the rapper’s hard core female audience has grown up alongside the rapper and should continue to support his music.

Bow Wow has gotten a bit better lately especially when he is on a track with someone else who is killin' it. I can't hate at all. The beat on here is cool and the chorus is decent. I like how he changes his flow on here to a real laid back sound. This is a Rotation Joint!

The production on this track sounds really generic. The hook with the voice box is cool. I don't like them mix/engineering on the whole thing. That could've been better. This is actually not as good as anything Bow Wow has every track he's ever dropped....matter of fact...as I keep listening, this is wack.

Songs are smooth and fulla swagger! Stuff you can ride to. I see 2008 is the year summer lasted all year! Say what you like about the content, the voice box or the style... in the end, this song is a hit. I would love to start seeing members be honest with themselves when providing feedback. I liked bow wow as a kid because he rapped in his element.Thats why i kinda dig this song.He's not tryin to act like a gangster. he's doin the clubber thing in this one which is good because that's what he is.even tho hes been swagger jackin' wayne for his last 2 albums and is still goin' hard at it (as you can tell by this song) this one is definetly a future "every 5th song on the radio" and its good for the clubs.

I can't help but think about Snoops "Sexual Eruption". Its got that smooth beat and it uses the voice box. I do agree that it doesnt sound like his usual flow but its kickin.

I'm not sure that I'll be jockin' this song a whole lot, but I wouldn't be surprised if this song gets hot on the radio and in the club. The beat is pretty tight and Bow's flow aint bad. Again, I'm startin to get tired of the voice box thing. Eventually its get to the point that every song on the radio is sung wit a voicebox effect. That would be real annoying. I agree that Bow is gettin better as an overall artist tho.

This track will be hot, mark my word once this hits the radios and video gets rotation this will get requested at every club on the strip. Its pretty solid overall but i'm tired of the voice box...Bow wow pulls it off in this one though...I'll have this on rotation for sure but I might have to add a little something, something to it so its actually a club banger this summer.
