Despite numerous buzz singles that have hit the net, Bow Wow and his team at Columbia/Sony recently decided on the Soulja Boy-assisted Marco Polo as the lead from his sixth (and possibly final) studio album, Pedigree. Since that single fizzled with our audience, the DJBooth is proud to present another potential inclusion from the new album. Similar to his style on the previously-featured Stunt, Bow Wow challenges all who brag about their bankrolls to a round of Big Bank Take Lil’ Bank. Once having shut down the females with no money in the bank, Swizz Beatz chips in with an energetic third verse and trumpet-drum beat. Check for more show-off anthems once Pedigree is released later this fall.
Hot song on the real. Bow brings one of his best flow's on here that I've ever heard from him, and the Swizzy production is fire. The only thing holding this back to me is the generic lyrics. Bow spends way too much time talking about money, but this is a crazy hot song. Way better than that marco polo garbage haha.
Maybe its my speakers but it seems like the beat overpowered both of them to me. I just wasn't feeling bow wows flow here, he could have been spitting the best lyrics in the world and I still don't think I woulda liked the song too much. I dunno what it was exactly but this one just didnt do it for me.
Okay. This beat is off the chains. Swizzy came with it. This is a much better effort by Bow Wow than that Marco Polo crap he has out right now with Soulja Boy. I will say that this track's hook heavily resembles the sound and swag of T.I's Big Things Poppin. But this is solid. I still don't feel like Bow Wow is being sincere in his approach...but hey, what can ya do? I'll throw this in rotation, but it's not going to become my favorite song or make Bow Wow my favorite artist. Nope. Not by any means.
Can we just completely ignore Bow for one hot minute, as well as that awful Swizzy verse at the end, and instead merely concentrate on the mastery of this production. This beat is bananas.
teh beat is freaking crazy i love the beat. the hook is alright. i liek bow's flow on this but overall the beat is the best thign in this song. good work swizz
Swizzy came with some heat on this beat, really diggin the horns and drum pattern. Bow really has gotta step up his lyrical game, these past few tracks he's released from Pedigree are really mediocre and forgettable bars. He's never been the most lyrical dude, but I expect better from Bow. Bad lyrics, although Swizzy brings an amusing verse, but its mostly the beat that makes this track.
I fall in love with Bow Wow everytime I see a pic of him...anyway this track isn't as good as him, I'm not really feeling it! The beat is ok but the rest is almost annoying sorry
well what do you expect Bow to talk about!!..but money, cause he anit NO thug, NOR sold drugs, so whats left..MONEY...he is not a stand out rapper, pretty average, beat okay, but good quality lyrics would have been better
beats hot but ive heard it somewhere. his flows alright but his lyrics do need a ton of work. i think bow's new album will be nice, but not special by any means.
Am I the only one that noticed that Swizzy slowed up the Swing ya Rag T.I. and sold this to Bow Wow? I mean it's a cool track but it lost points cause it's the same damn beat!!! Come on Swizzy! Dr. Carter made me believe in you again...
people need to stop hating on Bow Wow yall been saying that he needs to grow up and he does and now he trying to be everybody else nice song great beat
Maybe Papoose and Bow Wow need to switch beats and songs. This would sound better with someone like Papoose on here and put Bow Wow on get it poppin again and we might have at least one good song (the one bow wow is not on..)?
