After the debacle that was Weezy‘s rock debut, I expected the word “Rebirth” to fade from popular music’s lexicon for a good, long while – the associations are just too painful to dredge up. Well, I was wrong. Like a phoenix, “Rebirth” has risen from the ashes to be reborn as the title of the second single off Bone Thugs-n-Harmony‘s long-awaited reunion album. This cut, which comes backed by the cinematic string-synth boardwork of Pooh Bear & King David, finds Krayzie, Bizzy, Layzie, Wish and Flesh singing a different tune than their last feature, the hard-partying Vegas. Here, the Bone brothers state their intent to turn the game upside-down and leave same-old, same-old rappers in the dust, delivering their uncompromising lyrical message in the rapid-fire flows fans know and love. Is Rebirth a worthy follow-up to the reader-acclaimed See Me Shine? You be the jury. this made me think of wayne right away, because of the title...but man this beat is cold...pooh bear producing, i didn't know that i love his voice...this is a step up from bones other song i few weeks ago...they should come to me for hooks because i aint gone front this hook is garbage...this is such a forgetable bone track if you think of there classics like...cross roads...and the one they did with biggie which slipped my mind for the mind but whatever...this is a mixtape throwaway

Best leak so far; they murder the flow especially Bizzy and Krayzie...perfect match between their oldschool quickfire rap-sung verses and some updated production from Pooh Bear

Favorite leak of theirs yet. The hook sounded lame at first but by the middle of the song, it was stuck in my head and I love it now. All of them spit rapidly fast but in their own way without sounding alike but I not quite sure what they're saying. F**k it, it sounds dope!

I'm going to be honest i did not like this song at first. It ended up growing on me the second time i heard it. I had no problem with the beat. I had high expectations as soon as the song started. The lyrics were very interesting... But it is bone thugs i already expected good lyrics. I love songs that last longer than 3 or four minutes especially good ones. BANGER.

this is the 3rd leak from BTNH ive really liked (see me shine and vegas were the others) the hook bangs i reckon, all the members spit equally well (apart from krayzie who was... krazy!) all round great track, nice follow up!

Definitely my favorite leak so far, but I'm still waiting for that Bone song that takes me back to the good old days. I can get down to this, but it doesn't have that "oh shit!" factor all the classic BTNH cuts have. Something's missing.

Great song I can't wait to they drop, I have been waiting for this album since they dropped "The Game Ain't Ready". This could be their introduction to their new album. Did not expect bone to come out with a sound like this, but I can dig this.

My third favorite leak so far, both "Shine" and "Pay What U Owe" are getting constant plays on me iPod. This right here, though, better than "Vegas", won't make it past third or probably fourth listen.

Far & Away the best material I've heard from the upcoming album. While enjoyable, it's NOT the Bone Thugs-N-Harmony I grew up on. Whatever happened to if it's not broke don't fix it?

I LOVE BONE THUGS N HARMONY! They have always been the truth. You can break them down individually and all of them are strong MC's and singers in their own right. The Chorus is sick. I like the beat a lot! I have been waiting to see all 5 of them back together for a LONG time, and I'm just happy to hear them doing good music with their opportunity. They all KILLED this! BANGER

Call me old school, but I like BTH best when they get gangsta on track, some of ya know what i'm talking bout, cira 93-96. This new school production dont do them justice. I think they have to hold back to much on tracks like these.
