Fresh off the Billboard 200-topping Special Occasion and admitting exclusively to DJBooth that he has left DTP, R&B singer Bobby Valentino is preparing his third studio album, Underground Love, for a late summer release. In fact, to wet his fans’ appetite, the Atlanta native is getting experimental and trying a new sales technique; on April 29, Valentino will release a prequel EP, entitled Come To Me. Set for inclusion on later release is Your Smile, which has Bobby following the old adage ”If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.” Just like on previous work, frequent producers Tim & Bob assist with an upbeat, grown and sexy vibe, while hip-hop’s most in-demand collaborator, Lil’ Wayne, jumps aboard for 16 bars of fun.

IT NOTHING SPECIAL N SOUNDS LIKE SOMETHING HE'D RECORD PRIOR TO BEIN SIGN...NOW THE BEAT IS COOL..I ENJOY IT N WAYNE EVEN TRYED TO SAVE THIS TRACK BUT HE SHOULDA GOT MORE BARS TO DO THAT..FOR THE FEATURE N BEAT ALLONE I WILL GIVE IT A 2...BOBBY IN MY OPINION NEED TO STEP HIS GAME UP N KEEP IT UP...HE HAS SOME JOINTS I ABSOULUTELY LOVE N SOME I ABSOLUTELY WILL NEVER LISTEN TO AGAIN.
This is very boring. I don't know what the heck is going on with Bobby V. Production by Tim and Bob is hecka crispy, but it's just wacksauce. He needs to get real. LOL. Wayne's verse was as confused as Bobby's singing.

I completely understand why the comments above are like that. I guess artists just really need to stay fresh to stay ahead of the pack. I'm a pretty big bobby v fan and I don't think this track is that bad. The beat is just kinda weird, especially with the odd string instrument 'rifts'. I really think with a different/modified beat this would actually be a good track. But it seems like he's trying to bring some ?ethnic? undertones to his tracks, but to little success with this one anyways. I guess everyone saw how well alicia keys is doing with her music and wanted to give it a shot.
I agree with Tankhead... I love some of Bobby V's stuff, but he is really hit or miss for me. Is it me or does he sound a little off-key in some parts? Maybe it will grow on me or if it was speeded up a lil bit... I dunno
I don’t notice this neither starting nor finishing… is that a good or a bad thing? I don’t know, but it’s still in rotation until I find out. This has a feel like Streets on fire by Lupe. With a beat so insipid, Bobby should have done something better with the melody.
I don't find this song so terrible! I like the beat and the melody! After a while it gets boring, and I agree with most of you that he can do good songs and immediately after these bad ones...Sexy Girl was better than this but in my opinion this is in rotation. It could grow on me

ok so all i heard the whole time was the beat and chorus ...lol...the beat is def gonna make it in the more diverse clubs..lol i guess this is one of those songs that Weezy couldn't make hot...

man bobby v really needs to step his game up dis track was ok but it doesnt compare to the other hits he had if they would have did this track like they did the tell me track ft lil wayne it would be another hot one bobby got so much potential he juss need to get it together ya dig
Very good, the production is great. Bobby V. always has the potential to make the most catchiest song ever and he has. This one falls doesn't fall under that though. Still good.
Keep doing what you do Bobby - U sick!!!! He is better than Most of the solo R&B singers out there, because he has a distinct flow,a nd what an unsual beat!!!
