Though his first single recognized that there are Haterz Everywhere, Georgia native B.o.B. has done his best to stay positive. When he hopped in our Booth, B.o.B. confessed that the stress still gets to him and “sometimes you forget that you’re makin’ music” with all the tension.” The Southern emcee has tried to relax a bit on with his new single, aptly titled Mellow Fellow. The track’s singsong beat features sprightly piano notes and joyful handclaps that would brighten up even the darkest day. B.o.B.’s rap-sung verses bring to mind the warbling of Sean Kingston, though he’s got an undeniable flow on the mic that is lyrically powerful and commercially attractive. This self-produced track is “MySpace Song of the Week” for the upcoming week. Hopefully, Mellow Fellow will boost promotion for B.o.B.’s new disc, 12th Dimension, which is out now.

This is very interesting. This beat is decent. It's definitely different than anything else out, and in my opinion, I'll take that over a carbon copy any day. Oh, and yo WOW....don't get mad at this. But if it's not too much to ask, when you rate songs, could you start stating why you like or dislike a track? You can like or dislike whatever you want, but it would be nice if you start reviewing and writing song reviews in more details of your opinion.

Haha, I love this chorus. It reminds me of a theme song out of the 1940's or somethin. Its actually really humorous (in a good way) and the lyrics are funny as well but good and entertaining. Thats the word i'm looking for...entertaining. This song is undeniably entertaining, which is what music is made for.
