Before you begin to prepare for the apocalypse, however, it would behoove you to know that the feature on Grip Your Body is actually just a sample from Amy’s ‘03 debut single, Stronger Than Me. Don’t feel cheated though; flawless sampling and B.o.B.’s unique swagger and wordplay should keep listeners focused on Atlanta’s top buzz worthy artist. While Grip Your Body might not be groundbreaking in the realm of collaborations, it nevertheless makes for a song that has great appeal on both sides of the pond.

This beat is really good. This would be all over the radio if they ever put it out as a real single. I like his over-the-top ATL flow on here and it fits the track well. It is a well-done track on everyone's part.

The beat is aight.i also like the way amy modeled the song.i think this is quite mature from a person like bob.its a good track and has the qualities to boom my environment.I think the duo did their job well.
Regardless of what anyone thinks of Grip Your Body, B.o.B. and Amy Winehouse are two of the freshest acts in their respective sub genres. B.o.B. needs to get a solid radio single poppin' and Amy (as my man CB pointed out) need to get her sh*t straight and stay drug free. Music has a bright future, regardless of what many believe.
I be gripping female waist lines from the back all the time so i can relate to this. Good quality he reminds me of those Albany G.A. rappers like ol-e or smoke from fieldmob they have unique sounds for music instead of most G.A. Rappers that claim the A when they really dont live there I stay in G.A. and i'm tired of people reppin where they aint from. Overall this song will have to be a banger in rotation not taking anything from B.o.B its a real good song but not a classic its in between in rotation and banger. so banger in rotation.
