Ever since Atlanta-based producer Nitti struck gold with Yung Joc’s ‘06 hit It’s Going Down, his beats have been flying off the shelves. His most recent client is Blood Raw, an up-and-coming rapper from Panama City, Florida. Like It’s Going Down, Blood Raw’s Chevy Boyz is summerish, weekend music, set against a sparse southern beat. As the track’s title suggests, its lyrics pay homage to the iconic Chevy droptop, summoning the mental image of Blood Raw and his guests Rick Ross and Young Jeezy cruising down the freeway. Chevy Boyz will be featured on his debut solo album, My Life: The True Testimony, due June 24th on Jeezy’s CTE Records imprint.
The write up said it best: This is a good summer kind of track, good beat from Nitti. I think Rick Ross brings this track down, and this Blood Raw dude has a pretty annoying voice. The chorus isn't anything special either, sorry its just OK.
I expected something different from Nitti, but this beat is so boring for such rappers like Young Jeezy and Rick Ross...

If u have a chance, upload Blood Raw - Get Away, this shit is ridiculously hot
Blood Raw is dat dude!!! This is what's wrong with hip hop, everybody thinks that it should all sound the same. The beat is mello and they stay on subject, what more do you want?
I am trying to get Blood Raw on the phone for an interview to have him explain to me what his angle is going to be on this new project of his... Sadly, I think we are going to be hearing the same sore subjects once again.
3 for the beat and Jeezy's hook.
1. Why is Blood Raw's album dropping before Slick Pulla's? I thought Slick was their 2nd-in-command.
2. Contrary to popular belief, "It's Goin' Down" was not Nitti's first major hit beat. That honor belongs to Boyz n da Hood's "Dem Boyz" when you-know-who was headlining the group. This certainly sounds like one of the "chill" tracks that Jody Breeze, Big Gee, and Duke would slaughter (maybe Gorilla Zoe would hold his own too).
I actually this the beat is kinda cool, we expect nitti to hit us with something else , but this smooth stuff ain't bad. He shoulda added more bass to this, it sounds incomplete from a production standpoint. The hook is cool. But everyone sounds like they just feeling lazy on this track. Ross did his job on there. Its cool. Nothin special
Way to slow of a rap song for these three guys...Nitti has fallen off and this song didn't make things better...Although all three of there flows are good this track itself needs work
