Black EL - Ride It Out
Artist: Black EL
Producer: Rami Afuni
Album: Missing Elements
Label: Unsigned
In war, there are no winners; regardless of who triumphs in the end, everyone involved suffers bloody losses. Acknowledging the senselessness of continuing the cycle of violence, rapper Black ELement denounces wrongful deaths and hopes we can all just peacefully Ride It Out. In typical New York fashion, B.E. snags some solid Northeast street production from Rami Afuni, whose jazzy vocal-hand clap combination adds to the song’s appeal. If you’re impressed with this one, there’s plenty more where it came from… Ride It Out is the first release in a series of leaks, entitled Missing Elements. Together, they will lead up to Black ELement’s debut album, A Major Minority, set for release on September 16.

The production needs to be remixed. Distorted on my end. I like this song though. The melody is nice, black element flows well. I dig!

I like homey's eclectic sound. Rami Afuni's production is mad nuts. I agree the beat probably needs to go back to the mixing board, but it's an awesome track nevertheless. That sample is epic! I will look from Black Element soon. His flow reminds me of my newfound favorite artist in the IPOD, Blu.

Very creative beat, I love the incorporation of the scat jazz, good feel to it. I'm guessing the track sounded distorted through encoding, I doubt any professional producer would release a master track with unintended distortion.

Nice flow, the beat could have been there, but it was a little distorted.

The beat is super, it's the finest point of the track! The song itself i a bit repetitive, but it's extremely danceable...banger!

WOW:)what kind of music do you even listen to. You're always hating. I'd like you to try and make a song. If your going to give it a one at least explain why instead of saying I don't like dis song. Can't you spell? I don't like this song isn't the hard to write.
