Bizzy Crook has been feeling good lately—damn good, in fact. And why wouldn’t he be? With a growing, fervently loyal fanbase (See: the love-in that greeted his last feature, the exclusive Steal Your Heart) and a new street album on the way, the Southern spitter’s got nowhere to go but up. Today, he shares some of those triumphant vibes with the listening public in the form of new mixtape single On Top of the World. Produced by Khan, who backs the artist’s lofty sentiments with some appropriately spaced-out synth arpeggios, Crook exults in the distance he’s covered to date (“Who would have thought this n**ga from Miami would have made to Los Angeles to party at the Grammys?”) before casting his gaze toward the higher plateaus that lie in his future. Kid Art directs the cut’s candid official visuals. P.S. I’m Sorry 2 is scheduled for digital release “soon.” In the meantime, fans can hear more on the artist’s Booth-hosted Good Luck EP, available here for free streaming and download.
