Having earned lukewarm-to-cold Booth reviews for his last single, Ball Fa Eva, Billy Blue is shopping around for a follow-up that’ll meet a more enthusiastic reception. One of many potential selections, I’ll Be Around is a nostalgic jam on which Blue and fellow Miami repper Trick Daddy (not seen in the Booth since he brought us Why They Jock in July of ‘09) lace a sunny Midus instrumental with fond memories of their hometown’s hip-hop heyday. never really liked billy blue, im open enough to change but he didnt really do enough of this one for my liking.
