Even though he has been musically active for over a decade, working with several industry heavyweights and performing as far away as the United Arab Emirates, rapper/businessman Bigg Steele has chosen to maintain independent status his entire career. After releasing the UK exclusive, Size Duz Matter, in ‘05, however, the Long Beach representative is finally ready to serve the US a giant helping of Cereal & Water with his newest release. On the hustler’s anthem, Get It, first-time listeners could easily be fooled into thinking Steele is from the Dirty South. But that is because of singer Fingaz, who goes “T-Pain” with the vocoder-hook, a second verse by the Birdman, and a 2Much bass beat that bangs low enough to rattle Cool & Dre‘s studio. Don’t worry, they’d be fooled in the United Arab Emirates too.

I am really feeling the beat on here, and this dude's flow is absolutely PERFECT on this beat! I never heard of him before, but this is a good start to me! Rida music right here! Sick chorus!

I'm not feeling this chorus at all. It just lacks originality. Other than that, I really like this song. All three verses are good and the beat is perfect.

As much as everyone is getting sick of the t-pain voicebox, it works so well for a lotta songs. Bigg Steele's flow doesn't work for me, but I'm always thoroughly amused with any track featuring birdman. Honestly, the dude makes bird calls in all his songs, it's ridiculously entertaining.

REALLY like Steele's flow, definitely want to hear more of him here on DJBOOTH. But if he's gonna get a name like Birdman, why not just go all out and get T-Pain too instead of a Fingaz 'T-pain' attempt? Just a thought.....either way I like the way this sounds, definitely something I'll be bumping....

The only thing i don't like about this joint is Birdman,(which is ironic,because he may be the reason peeps pick up on this record) Dope record though. the beat is bananas, and Steele's flow is tight. could be a sleeper.

The flow is a little toooo slow, anybody feel that way? Birdman doesn't mess anything up though with his rapping and the vocoder here (not courtesy of Teddy) sounds great. Anybody wants us to feature more from Bigg Steele?

dude looks huge haha, never heard of him, but I like what I hear. He def. sounds a lil southern, Fingaz does a good job "t-paining", beat is straight. Birdman started out good but went down I think, but his features arent usually too bad, Bigg Steele made the song, and thats good, becaues its his song.
