All the greatest divas in music history, from Madonna to Mariah (and Whitney in-between), have changed-up their style during the course of their career. Due in part to the growing changes of the music industry, most have been successful in their attempts at a new up-beat sound. So who’s next? Looking at the current diva landscape, without hesitation, only one name should come to mind, the oh-so-beautiful Beyonce. While representatives at both her labels (Music World and Columbia) could not be reached, the oxymoronic titled Beautiful Nightmare is apparently the dancey-type of sound that Houston’s Queen B has in store for her currently untitled third studio album. I heard this track yesterday! This is SICK! It has a BANGIN beat and Beyonce is killing it! She is one of the best singers in the world and this track shows it! CRAZY! If this is how her album is going to sound; then its going to be a Classic!
This is way out of Beyonce's comfort zone but like any other talented artist she is able to made it work. There is something about the tone of her voice that doesn't work with the mood of the song. Maybe I'm just too used her singing ballads, this will probably grow on me after a few listens.
I don't know if this new style is going to be easily welcomed by her loyal fans. I think that one or two tracks from her forthcoming album should be different. I need the soulful and "booty-shaking" Beyonce and not a completely remodeled singer. I think this song will be successful because of her name and not because it is a great track. It's alright.
This is nice. I like the change of style. Anything Beyonce touches is golden. I will be the first to say I dig her previous works more, but this will grow on me. Seems like everyone wants to make these type of dance joints now. Let's not forget the ballads! LOL. Wonder who was behind the production boards for this one

Love her voice; she's only playing the game and keeping up with the times. Beat is good, and it's definitely one of those tracks that gets better the more you listen to. You can't blame her for the route she's taking, as Rihanna took this route and look how well it went for her.
I was kinda growing tired of Beyonce but once again, she drops another one. lol.. Bad move for baby sis tho. Now Solange is once again non-existent. Beyonce, are you purposely doing this? Bad big sis!!
It's a banger for sure. It's different and that's what I love about B. I mean you know her whole album is not gonna be this so... it's nice to have a change of pace thrown in there
The beat is on fire i have a feeling someone is going to get one this one and do there thing i anit realy feeling the lyrics like that this might have to grow on me but the beat is amazing
the beat is ok yes but I too think this song is wack, she didnt even use her real vocals in this it sounds like a song that a new artist would try to make a hit with.
This is a great attempt by Beyonce yo stary into a neww area of music her tone is great and better compared to some of her last songs this is not her best but is defintly a banger
i dont really like beyonce, but i will give her a complement- she takes OWNERSHIP of her songs. regardless of wrote it, she makes it hers, which is what makes this song good.. it sounds as though Ne-Yo wrote it, n even tho i lyk rihanna more, B was a good choice 4 this. who produced it? i lyk da track but da guy yelling "Ha!" was kinda unnecesary. it works.
This song is actually really good. I like it and I can see where beyonce is trying to go with this. It's alright, just not single material. She can come with something so much more stronger than this. The idea of the song is hot too. I'm just mad that this "suddenly" leaked right when Kelly's album was re-released and Solange and Michelle are getting ready to release ablums. You know people are going to want to hear more from Beyonce.
i like this song it will grow on you .. and i agree at times her voice does get annoying but i really think kelly featured on this track wudda been hot ... this track wuud even fit kellys voice better .. but all the same i like beyonce and the song is good
Hey yall! Have you heard that Beyonce dropped a few lines in her site explaining the mystery about Beautiful Nightmare? She said she got to know that this song was around the Net and informed her fans that it's just a demo, and that it's not time for her to put out new music. She prays the fans to support her sister Solange and her girls Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams. I checked now and that's what she wrote!
The music is way to similar to 'Beat It' by Michael Jackson. I'm almost postive she sampled that song. I kinda like this. The song is def catchy, the beat is cool but I have to keep listenin' more. A song like this will take time to grow on me because it's different.
this is ust my opinion...but this sounds like something Rihanna should sing...this is too dark for B...even though her voice sounds good on it...I'm jus not really feeling her
Beyonce has already released a statement saying that this is in NO WAY to be considered a single off her album. It was leaked on the web and that this is one of MANY singles and songs she is working on in the studio. She has also asked that people only regard this as such. She also said that she is not releasing a fourth album anytime in the near future. So folks dont get your hopes up. Like most, I think this will be popp'in in the gay clubs and high energy dance clubs it strays from her original sound but that's good because she is testing boarders. Either way, this is definitely dance-able and has its own niche that strays from Beyonce's usual style. I like it.
I don't like it. I'am a huge fan but I don't know about these last few records. What happen to the R&B music she use to make. But the remix with Usher is the bomb! That's what I'm talking about.
