Fresh off earning phenomenal reader reviews for his live, acoustic rendition of DJBooth debut Left You Behind, Ben Stevenson has plenty of momentum behind him in the musical arena. In his love life, on the other hand, he’s starting to worry about Falling Off. On this fresly-released album inclusion, a cavernous, reverb-drenched beat by fellow T-Dot representative Boi-1da backs the singer as he urges his girl to drop the façade and admit that her feelings for him have faded. Downbeat it may be, but this ballad’s cathartic punch will undoubtedly earn Stevenson another round of applause from our resident R&B heads. If you’re feeling it, stay tuned; the artist’s debut album currently lacks both a title and a solid drop date, but we in the Booth will keep you supplied with release details as they emerge.

Another outstanding selection from this rising star. It's insane how much talent exists in the T.Dot.

I've been waiting very patiently for a new Ben Stevenson record, and he definitely didn't disappoint with this one.

This is my first time hearing him and I'm pretty impressed. I know comparisons can sometimes be disrespectful, but I would have to describe him as The Weeknd meets Chris Martin. I look forward to hearing more from him.
