Despite being a tad bit late to feature Ben One‘s Shawnna-assisted single, Never Leave My Girl, the Booth has rebounded to make up for the minor setback. How? By being one of the first places to feature the song’s official remix! Ben One clearly knows how a true remix should be done; in addition to using a new beat by producer Emmac and entirely new vocals of his own, Ben enlists the help of two fellow Chicagoans, each of whom details his own experiences dealing with a tricky love triangle. As Chitown veteran Twista stays true to the high-RPM flow he’s made famous, up-and-coming emcee Sly Polaroid comes on strong. The original version of Never Leave My Girl is set to be featured on Ben One’s upcoming debut, tentatively titled The Book.

this dude sound like an older version of the dream haha. At least tha dude's balls halfway dropped. BUT TWISTA...Hes still tha most impressive rapper ever i think. 3.5 overall jus because of twista. he saved it

I actually think twista is weak... but that's my opinion! This song could of been better without him. I can't really remember the original version... but this is hot (without twist). Production is really good.... really feeling this.

I quite enjoyed this song, the hook was good & Twista seems to be on fire with these guest hooks lately. Sly Polaroid is ok, but isnt as impressive as Twista or Ben One, should get some plays. 3.5

Good track. Twista went in! It was a great idea to put his verse at the beginning to instantly grab the attention of the listener and draw interest for the rest of the track. Ben One got a bit boring in my opinion, but it's still a worthy track to cop. Solid record, rota-ti-on!

This is a hot fresh r&b song that sounds original. Twista sound like the old Twista w/ his fast lyrics on r&b songs. Ben One and Polaroid were solid too. Im definitely feeling this fresh track!!

Twista is still the fastest rapper alive. I'm really feeling this. never heard af Ben One before but I will never forget the name. The production is great. the guest features are good. Everyone did exactly what they were supposed to do no mistakes. I really like it so 4 stars.

Ben One is decent. I don't think he's the greatest singer. I really wasn't moved by his vocal presence. Twista was straight. It was nothing special to me. I've heard Twista come with WAY BETTER SONGS. Ben One became better on the hook and it was a decent song from then on. Sly's style wasn't bad either. Decent.

I'm with reismh4, this song is cool but without Twista...I don't like too fast flows, they hurt my ears and make me hysterical! Ben One and Sky Polaroid sound good!

Yeah, i think Twista is amazing- the way he just spits out those rhymes- SICK!...And i just realized i now like Sly- i don't think I've heard of him before, but now I like him. Ben One was nice too- he has a cute voice but at the same time it's kind of annoying because he reminds me of The Dream- who I can hard stand now. Cool though...

ok so i was actually in the big studio when this song was being mixdown.
Honestly the song is a banger! in my opinion its better than the first.. BUT! that might be because ben one.. Emmac and all the other wore it out.. ONme personallY! since i'm cool with them.. BUT! yess.. This song is A MONSTER! if you think about it.. this is the first track where all group of chicago artist's COme together.. Usally this would NEVER have happend! Im happy! with the track! Its def a banger! |
