More conventional than its predecessor, though no less bracing or controversy-seeking, The Hood finds beatsmith Classick and crew member DJ Esquire serving up a funky, sampled beat as Jasson Perez, Epic and Illekt flaunt their inner-city style and street politics. I don't like this dude's flow at all. The beat is just OK but overall, its a track that doesn't mix well with my tastes. I honestly can't finish it.
