BoB has come to be one of my favorite rappers since I'll Be In The Sky, all he needs is an album and he'll be my top 5 if its good, BUT SPRING 2010 MAN! Way to long to wait. His flow was crazy on this, the hook caught my ear, it was just a well put together song, 4.5, but this just doesnt feel like a classic to me, so i'm gonna round down

Atlantic had been reluctant to release his debut album because they were in a catch-22 on the lead single: "How can we release a radio-killer, but have him stay true to his sound?"
I believe this may have answered his question. B.o.B. keeps his eclectic style while aiming for the ladies, Bruno Mars sings a smooth hook, and the piano beat just SCREAMS Billboard #1! Best wishes Bobby...we look forward to FINALLY having your album in our hands! |

An incredibly talented musician who happens to rap, that's what B.o.B. is. You can tell by the way he rides a beat that there's much more than rhythm. The music (beat, melody, vocals) is uplifting, catchy and dreamy. |

Honestly, I wasn't originally feeling the opening to this song, but once the verse kicked in it really came together for me. I can't help but think of Andre 3K everytime I hear BoB spit, and this is another great example of his talent.

The beat with its melodic keyboards complemented by solid drums, just sits back and supports Bruno's brilliant vocals and B.o.B's playful rhymes, song is not as simple as it seems initially and gets stuck in your head easily.
The song sounds great without trying too hard, it comes off as really sincere and hardly cliched at all. |

to be honest havent listened out much for b.o.b but after this i defintely will in the future. Such a catchy song and it made it all the way to aussie radio.. a first for most of the songs on djbooth lol. The beat, the hook everything just works well, sometimes rappers and singers voices just dont work but in this case b.o.b and bruno just fit perfectly.. and thats just how they do it!

When I first heard this song I thought great, yet another artist trying to ride off the Drake's coattails with another female appreciation song and make money. After really listening to the song and appreciation Bruno Mars contribution, I was completely wrong. B.o.B. is a talented individual and Nothing On You is just a tiny showcase of the variety this man is capable. For Hip-Hop to make room for an alternative rapper like B.o.B. makes me hopeful that his album will be accepted by all types of listeners.

I do not really like this song at all. Bruno Mar's is really annoying, and B.o.B. does not excite me, on this song. I think this song does not deserve all of the hype that it has received. If this is the direction hip-hop is going, I am disappointed. These comments, non-withstanding, I think B.o.B. is going to be a big part of the commercial music industry. To me, however, he lacks the grit of any Young Money rapper, or the soulful vibe of Trey Songz. Not my type of song, so its just okay.
