For years, athletes have dabbled in the music business; Shaquille O’Neal, Deion Sanders and Ron Artest are just a few of the many athletes who have gone from the sports arena to the recording studio. Following in their footsteps is Chicago Bears wide receiver Brandon Lloyd, whose musical alter-ego, B. Lloyd, will be unleashed this January. Following the conclusion of the current football season, Lloyd will concentrate on the release of his independent debut (with distribution via Universal), Master of Ceremony. The project’s lead single, She All Mine, features crooner Bobby Valentino and is about a man who feels that his relationship is about more than just the lovemaking. Over a smooth, mid-tempo beat from producer Jiggolo, Lloyd makes his mark on the track… just like he’ll try to do on the field this season.
B.Lloyd is alright. I certianly didnt' expect it. I think Valentino hurt the song with his lack of energy. If he came a little harder this woulda been a banger. Too bad for B. Lloyd
Bobby V is slowly starting to pop out more and more, he's on his grind right now. This is a really fun song, I dissagree with XuUP17 NC saying that Valentino hurts the song, his hook is mad catchy and gives the track a boost of energy. B Lloyd's flow is on point and really shines here. I love this feel good rap over the other stuff.
This production is soulfully smooth. I dig Jiggolo. Bobby V is really getting his money on these features (sort of like Trey Songz has been doing...only difference is, Bobby ain't hopping on wack joints, lowering his standards). I'm not even familiar with this dude on the Bears, but he's a pretty straight rapper. I can dig it. I'll look for more for him.
its a nice flow its smooth lloyd and bobby got a great feeling together. this track was refreshing and relaxing nice to just sit back and jam to. its sexy i would have this on in the bedroom :p
Haha this song is only alright. However, my opinion is that Brandon Lloyd used to play for my SF 49ers. He'd make one or two ridiculous catches a year, but underperform the rest of the year. Even though I really wanna stay, "Stick to your day job" I can't because it is a decent song. Big ups for the production.
Ill be the outcast to give it 4 stars. This is another "girls-will-love" song. Tune in to a possible video... I can probably see this getting #5 on 106 & Park. Bobby V. remains to be my favorite singer on the game right now.
If he was still a 49er I would like it it. haha. Naw the beat is cool. Bobby V does it again B. Lloyd is alright but he should focus on football since he's garbage
