Fresh off bringing down the house with single Bars & Hooks (Keep It Moving), AWKWORD takes the pole position on Metal Music, the official lead single off producer Tranzformer‘s forthcoming street album. Over the Booth-approved beatsmith’s head-noddable synth-percussion boardwork, the NYC buzzmaker is joined on the mic by El Gant, ILL BILL, Tenacity and Blame One. In addition to appearing on Tranzformer’s Raw & Homemade 2 tape, Metal Music is set for inclusion on AWKWORD’s 100%-for-charity World View LP; watch for both projects to drop in 2012.

A little more senseless aggression than I'm used to from AWKWORD, but his flow is crazy, as is that of the rest of the emcees on this track... BTW, DOPE review by DJBooth!

Not a bad track.. flows there for sure .. I was bumpin the original metal music by el gant awhile back. Now that's a banger!!! Ak u did a ok job on this one I give u four stars just for having ill bill and el gant on this track. I'll keep an ear for you in the future tho

A taste of the old style Ill Bill was dope to hear.. Blame killed it.. Beat was dope.. The verse after Bill's kinda ruined it though.
