Almost all of the hits on DJBooth’s Top Picks chart feature a lead artist using the help of a guest feature; while the collaborations certainly can help the lead artist, the feature artists also have the opportunity to make a name for themselves. Just ask Derrty Ent. artist Avery Storm, who worked collaboratively with Rick Ross on Trilla‘s third single, Here I Am. On a new remixed version, neither Ross nor Nelly contribute; rather, Avery takes center stage and continues to appeal to the ladies which he tempted on the original hook, and rapper Pitbull joins in to get the crowd moving to this mid-tempo jam, with a particular regard for all of the coupled listeners. The original version can be found on Trilla (out now), while the remix could be made available on Avery Storm’s forthcoming debut.
i love avery storms voice. its really unique. pitbull did what he had to do. avery brings something different to the R&b game with his higher vocals. good work. BANGER
Avery Storms vocals on the hook MADE the Rick Ross song, so let's not forget that. This was a really decent remix. I don't like Pitbull rapping EVER though, so this could have done with him. I'll throw this in rotation I guess.
not a bad remix...however it was hard for me to understand him at some points in the verses...if this one came out before the rick ross than maybe i would like it more...good effort though
Avery Storm has a great voice. Lots of flair and charisma, very impressive. I like how he flipped Ross' single, that was a great move riding the hot hand. Let's see where he goes next. Avery, keep it coming fam.
AVERY STORM HAS A GREAT VOICE,AND HE DOES A NICE JOB ON HIS VERSES PIT BULL DOES NICE ON HIS AS WELL....DRUMMA BOY HAS BEEN ON FIRE LATELY WITH HIS BEATS
i liked avery storm when i first heard his voice...its cool he did this remix...pitbull is straight...i didnt know drumma boy did this beat tho...very different style but good beat...
I liked this beat. I didn't really like it for Ross. But Avery Storm was on point here. Pitbull was okay but thats about the best you can expect from him. Solid track
