When it comes to dealing with life’s ups and downs, it’s impossible to overstate the importance of maintaining a good attitude – and what better way to do that than by listening to some good music from Birmingham underground mainstay Attitude? OK, that logic might not be one-hundred percent airtight, but that shouldn’t stop fans of Southern hip-hop from checking out mixtape leak ‘Bout Money, which finds the artist dropping braggadocious bars about… drumroll please… money! Though ‘tude covers some well-trod lyrical ground here, he does so with a swagger-laden style all his own – he even manages to rhyme the words “masturbator” and “calculator,” a feat which I would never have dreamed possible – and DJ Stikuhbush complements his stunting with an electric guitar-driven beat sure to get heads nodding. Has this track lifted your spirits, readers? Usually I am not a fan of "money records," but Attitude has a certain, well, attitude on the mic that makes this particular "money record" more than tolerable and leaning toward seriously banging. The rock-influenced production works real well with Tude's gruff vocals and the guitar strings make you consider jamming out. Topically its been there and done that, but the execution is solid.

I'm so tired of money talk that while this is a solid cut, I just can't enjoy it as much as I'd like to. Go get your money, just don't expect me to want to listen to you go get money.
Am I the only one who thinks his flow sounds kind of Bun B esque?
