Making money would be so much easier if our lives were scored by a constant loop of hustler music. Unfortunately, Rick Ross is nowhere to be found when you’re scrubbing tables on a Friday night trying to pay the bills. Nevertheless, Ace Hood brings us back to this comforting fantasy on his latest single Hustle Hard. Producer Lex Luger abuses the 808 drum in this glittery, synth driven beat while Ace spits about hustlin’ when times are tough. Employing his trademark start-stop flow, the Florida emcee delivers a typically aggressive verse, threatening those who get in the way of his hustlin’: “Load it up and I cock it, send about a couple off in yo’ noggin.” Following Ace is Swizz Beats, who must’ve snuck into the booth without anybody noticing again (We Keep It Rockin déjà vu) to contribute a much un-needed verse. There’s nothing groundbreaking here. We’ve heard Ace much stronger and, as far as Swizz…someone needs to have a heart to heart with him about his rapping abilities. Will next week’s edition of Swizz’ weekly Monster Mondays Series work better? We’ll find out soon enough.

Didn't expect this from Ace. This song goes hard as hell. Definitely a great job from Lex Luger here and some solid spitting from Mr. Hood. Even though its repetitive the hook also works well with the echo effect. Would have liked to see a better guest vocal or two but Swizz doesn't do all that bad. Overall great song and good job by all involved.

Hustle is very similar to Jeezy's "Death Before Dishonor", and I gave DBD 3 stars, and this is even slightly worse than it but it holds uot the 3 star rating.

Sounds too much like Rick Ross. "I think I'm big meech.. " The chrous is exaclty the same tempo, same rhyme scheme, etc. Either way, the Ace Hood in this song isn't so bad- I think Swizz actually worked against him on this one, I understand putting a fewture in- sadly it didn't do well for the song.

Songs like this are such a joke. Hustling... really. How many times has this concept been incorporated into a song. Ross did it and as it turns out he's a cop. Ace Hood is straight trash. Rappers who try and play it off like their hood and all this other bullshit out there need to really take a step back and look at themselves in the mirror. Swizz please retire. Alicia has enough money to keep you feeling good.

Ace Hood really went hard in this on his verses. And his verses have very on point lyrics. I love the feel this song puts out. It gets you pretty hype. And its really catchy, cuz all the repitition. I think this is the first time i have ever heard Swizz Beatz actually have a real verse. He normal just says the sam thing through the song. Although he did have a verse, it was annoying. And then Ace came back on and killed it again. Lex Luger really did great work on the production in this. This is a banger for me.

This Song is Entrenched with a Monster Beat and Lyrics that when you listen for a second time will have your ears attention. Good Job to Lex.. Ace.. DJ Khaled.. and Swizz.. i do not get what some ppl dont hear when u listen 2 swizz.... he brings a different dimension ... him ridin thru the record makes it Diverse. and adds a legit hit anytime he touches.
