West Coast music is coming back, mark my words. I love what I'm hearing from the Westside lately, and this is no different. Way different sound than you'd expect, but incredibly unique and enjoyable. Best part was the verses, but overall very good record.

There are certain songs that don't have any one particular standout feature, but altogether they just work. "King of Carson" is that kind of track. I like the experimental WC vibe and the wordplay.

I've lived in California for a decade and Carson is one of those places that gets overlooked a lot, even here. I don't know if everyone there's making such innovative music or just Ab-Soul, but I'm impressed.
