Don’t confuse their name with new terminology for a bong hit; 4Thirty’s buzz is on the come up. On I’m Fly, the trio (consisting of Christyles and Rah from Houston and New Orleans’s own Prolyfic) gives a formal introduction to those unfamiliar with their freshness. The enigmatic team, who previously has worked with hip hop heavy hitters like Akon, explain on their MySpace page that they have “a lot of industry buzz kept on the hush.” With fans flooding their inboxes with new dances for this Titan produced, swagger-heavy, slow-snapping club record, that buzz won’t remain quiet much longer. 4Thirty’s debut, A Day in the Life, will be released this fall.
