Kanye & Hova Claim the Throne on Booth Top Picks Chart

New York, N.Y. -- This week on the Booth's Top Hip Hop and R&B Chart, T.I.'s "We Don't Get Down Like Y'all" is knocked from first to second by Kanye West & Jay-Z's "Otis" (last week's Rap Chart-topper). The sole new feature to earn a spot in the lineup, reader fave Yonas' "Ignition" enters the lineup in 12th.
