New York, NY -- KOCH Records and Big Oomp are excited to announce the release of a brand new album by Oomp camp all-star Baby D. His KOCH Records debut, "A-Town Secret Weapon," drops on April 1st, 2008.

The first single, "I'm Bout Money," produced by DJ Montay (Flo Rida feat. T-Pain "Get Low," UNK "Walk It Out," "2 Step") will be going for urban radio adds in early February 2008. The video for "I'm Bout Money" was directed by RAGE (Jim Jones, Soulja Boy, UNK) and will be serviced to all major networks and platforms in early February as well.

Baby D has cultivated a loyal following of fans in his native Decatur and throughout Atlanta who have been chanting and bouncing with him for years. He made his move into rap music when he met hip-hop hero and mixtape kingpin Big Oomp in 1994. Oomp was preparing to launch his record label, Big Oomp Records, and quickly signed the young rapper.

Baby D released his first album, "Off Da Chain," at the young age of 16. His acclaimed follow-up "Lil' Chopper Toy" was released two years later.

KOCH Records and Big Oomp Records have just had a huge success with Oomp Camp recording artist UNK. UNK has sold a combined 4 million + mobile/digital units of his singles "Walk It Out" and "2 Step." "Walk It Out" was also a #1 hit at Urban Radio. UNK's debut album "Beat'n Down Yo Block" has sold over 200,000 units. "A-Town Secret Weapon" will be the first release under KOCH Urban South, which is headed up by Big Oomp.
