New York, NY –  Record execs, industry insiders, bloggers and a horse of a different color gathered at downtown’s upscale Red Bull Space this past Wednesday for Izza Kizza’s mixtape release party. The Wizard of Iz, a compilation of tracks mixed by Nick Catchdubs and featuring collaborations with Lil Wayne, David Banner, and production team Soul Diggaz (to name a few), dropped on April 29th and is available for free download here

Among those in attendance were artists Fresh Daily, Donny Goines, and A Pinks, as well as special guest DJ (and Izza's Decon labelmate) 88-Keys.

Since dropping his successful debut mixtape, Kizzaland, the eclectic emcee has found that his animated personality is not one that can not be restricted solely to the world of hip hop. Thus, he’s venturing out of Kansas to pursue his interest in acting and comedy through improvisational skits like “Izza Gets Lost,” which will premiere at izzakizza.com on May 6.

Kizzaland and Iz are only the first stops on Izza Kizza's musical journey; currently, the emcee is preparing for the mid-May release of debut studio album Documentary, as well as working on an EP to be released via Deconand honing his skills as a producer.
