Hova & Kanye Retain the Throne on Top Picks Chart; Drama Replaces T.I. as Runner-Up

New York, N.Y. -- This week on the Booth's Top Hip Hop and R&B Chart, Jay-Z and Kanye West once again claim top billing with Watch the Throne single "Otis." T.I.'s "We Don't Get Down Like Y'all" slips from second to thrird, displaced by DJ Drama's "Oh My (Remix)" (#1 on last week's Rap Chart). Swizz Beatz scores the sole new addition to the lineup with "International Party."
