New York, N.Y. -- This week on the Booth's Top Hip Hop and R&B Chart, former runner-up Drake pulls into first with "Marvin's Room," and J. Cole graduates from our Rap lineup to claim second with "Work Out." Last week's chart-topper, Lil Wayne's "How to Love," drops to #3. Far East Movement contribute the sole new addition to the lineup with freshly-released single "So What?"
