Def Jam Looks To Kick-Off BET Awards Weekend

Atlanta, GA -- Def Jam Records in conjunction with Certified Crunkness, Cloud 9 and Go Click This Radio present a free concert for Atlanta college students during the BET Hip Hop Awards Weekend. The Def Jam Platinum Pep Rally will include a line-up of chart-topping Def Jam artists for a free concert to be held at Atlanta's prestigious Morehouse college. All area Atlanta college students are invited to attend this free concert.

WHO: Def Jam artists attending the BET Hip Hop awards are anticipated to perform, resulting in a history making evening. Confirmed artists include Jermaine Dupri, Rick Ross, Fabulous, DTP's Playaz Circle, Beanie Sigel, Freeway, Dream and more appearances from the Def Jam roster as the list is updated daily!

WHAT: Photo and Interview Opportunity

WHEN: Friday October 12th at 700pm

WHERE: Morehouse College, Forbes Arena

WHY: Def Jam Platinum Pep Rally is the inauguration to the BET Hip Hop Awards being held in Atlanta and was created as an effort to give back to the local hip hop community. The event is produced by Atlanta-based Certified Cunkness, Cloud 9 and Go Click This Radio.
