Last week’s top two, T-Pain‘s “Reverse Cowgirl” and I.Y.A.Z.’ “Solo,” are both Top Picks this week; Mariah Carey‘s Nicki Minaj-assisted “Up Out My Face (Remix)” and Melanie Fiona‘s “It Kills Me” parachute down to replace them, the former snagging first place and the latter landing in 10th. Last week’s #3 pick, Sammie‘s “Wake Up,” hops up a spot to #2.
