Theophilus London - I Want You

I Want You Front Cover

Brooklyn underground mainstay Theophilus London has teamed up with DJBooth.net to offer his latest project, the recently-released street album I Want You, for streaming and free download.

The project was hailed by our own Nathan S. as “a change of pace from the norm,” and awarded an above-average 3.5 out of five spins, in addition to receiving a four-star average reader rating.

I Want You comes complete with reader-acclaimed leak “Life of a Lover,” as well as London’s take on Tweet‘s ‘02 hit “Oops (Oh My).”

very solid street album. I was pleasantly surprised from Theophilus London, whom I had never heard of before. Dude is obviously talented and the production was banging from start to finish.

Flying Overseas is the jam!

this is an amazing work of art honestly. the way he transformed songs into his own... his word play is very good. its very unique. an electro-pop hip hop feel, never heard anything like it...
