STS, the ATL/Philly representative formerly known as Sugar Tongue Slim, has teamed up with Tapemasters, Inc. and DJBooth.net to bring fans the second installment of his Demand More mixtape series.
The hotly-anticipated Demand More 2 street album features 16 tracks’ worth of new material from STS, including previously-featured cuts “Parachute,” “F*ck a Hook” and “Ill Street Blues.”
In addition to appearances by Black Thought, Truck North, and Dice Raw, who together with STS make up the Money Making Jam Boys, the project comes complete with guest contributions from Cassidy, RL and Sterling Simms. Manning the boards are such heavyweight producers as Sean C & LV, Emile, Don Cannon and Focus as well as newcomers like MPIII and Pierre Medor.

I prefer the original material over the industry beats, but overall the project really impressed me. I hope this is the proverbial "coming out party" (no homo) for STS.

When i first heard this i thought this guy sounded exactly like dolla when he was alive. But this cat has some wordplay exactly like his, he's got skill i enjoyed it.

STS definitely impressed me with this tape. The vibe on The People and In For The Kill are just something you could listen to a few years from now and it would still have the same feeling.

This album is good but just good. It didn't really wow me. Some of the beats were solid, and the dude can rhyme alright. It just seems very similar to some of the mainstream garbage. only a slightly better rendition. I Really like Parachute. but I dunno I like it pretty well but overall as an album it was just alright nothing to get over-hyped about.

Pretty solid project from STS. Another project I'd rate 3.5 if possible. Most projects are offering more versatile & substance than this 1 right here. Never the less STS provides andill flow on "I am the A" & a smooth sneaker driven song with "Sole Music". I met STS at a Pac Div show in N.Y. & dude is super cool wish him the best. worth a DL
