Steve Liriks - Pardon Me, I’m Going Thru a Phase

Californian up-and-comer Steve Liriks has hooked up with DJBooth.net to bring listeners his latest street release, the Pardon Me, I’m Going Thru a Phase mixtape.

The project finds the freestyle series alumnus illuminating his own imperfections and struggles in 11 emotionally-charged original cuts. Included is reader-approved, Booth-premiered leak “Wrongs & Rights.”

Joining Liriks throughout Pardon Me, I’m Going Thru a Phase are fellow buzzmakers Tab One, TiRon, Ayomari and Pheo. Beats come courtesy of Luxury Keys, Chaz Knapp, Brandon B., Mark Million, Jobe, Mr. B New and Liriks himself.

Liriks stands alone great especially on Freestylo, Wrongs & Rights, Music and Mary Jane, World Ends, and my standout track, Animal. I love the Miike Snow inspiration!
