Washington, D.C. rhymesayer SmCity has joined forces with The DJBooth to bring fans his debut full-length, The Indie Life: Hate, Love & Money.
The project features 12 original cuts from the up-and-coming emcee, including previously-featured, reader-approved cuts “Watch Me,” “About a Hater” and “Mr. IDGAF.”
Joining SmCity on the guest tip throughout The Indie Life are Trey Dupree, Derek Olds, Skyzoo, Kokayi, Pro’verb, DB, Oddisee, Phil Adé, Uptown XO, Sam Trocki. Beats come courtesy of The Best Kept Secret, Heartbeat, Charlie Heritage, The Drumatiks, DB, Ab the Pro and Preston Hart.

This was an amazing project. It's rare that I can give a mixtape a full listen nowadays. All production, & features were on point. Even the two videos I saw were dope.
