Aftermath signee, Dr. Dre protege and unapologetic gangster rapper Slim the Mobster presents his new street album, War Music, powered by Crooks & Castles.
War Music features ten original tracks including the highly rated Whose House?, What Goes Up, the Dr. Dre assisted Back Against the Wall and more.
In addition to rhymes from Slim, guest work on the album comes from Snoop Dogg, Kendrick Lamar, Prodigy, Nikki Grier and more. The street album features production from Dr. Dre, Jake One, Nottz, Bink, Sid Roams, Siege Monstracity and others.
War Music is executive produced by Dr. Dre, Snoop Dogg and Sha Money XL.

 @*#$! wack, 11 tracks, most are 2:30 long, #11 is 1:37 long. When you burn it to disc you still have 48:00 mintutes left on the disc. It's an EP street album at best. Most of the songs have been on the net for months. The Dre track is the only reason to get this piece of garbage. Dude's flow is average, beats are good but content is embarrassing. Go get the new Lloyd Banks - Cold Corner 2, it's an 18 track street album, even comes with a bonus CD with like 14 tracks. Better lyrical content, better flow, way more tracks. And the damn songs average 3 to 4 minutes instead of 2 to 3 which is what this Slim the Mobster mixtape offers. BOOOOOOO!!!!

Cant believe everybody thinks this mixtape is dope! Slim the Mobster is a terrible lyricist. Compared to the rappers that are out right now like Weezy, Drake, Wale, Meek Mill and Wiz Khalifa this dude is mediocre. He is like a poor man's 50 Cent, except 50 used to come hard with the mixtapes back in the day. I don't get it, is it because he is supposedly with Aftermath because he is not. He got dropped from Shady/Aftermath like months ago. Eminem even said he sucks and didn't want to sign him cuz Slaughterhouse and Yelawolf would outshine him big time. Yall dickriders of Dre or somethin, get off Dre's nuts already, dude hasn't dropped an album in 15 years and didn't even do that beat on track #5, just mastered it. Jake One did that shit and Dre dropped a verse that was supposed to be on Detox which is never coming out.

This mix tape it horrible, Slim the Mobster's style of music is no longer relevant in an industry where Kanye West and J. Cole now dominate. If you cannot spit and your productions are off par then you don't belong in this industry anymore. This isn't the 50 Cent era anymore people. We've moved away from that. Slim might have a future in Trap music though.
