Memphis buzzmaker Skewby has hooked up with DJBooth.net to bring fans his long-awaited new street release, More or Less.
The follow-up to last year’s Proving You Wrong Since 1988, the LP features 14 brand new cuts from the freestyle series alumnus. Included on the set is reader-approved leak “Everyday.”
Joining Skewby throughout More or Less are Jackson Ave, CJ Tate, Elliot Ives and Tre-V. In addition to production by the artist himself, the project includes beats by Go Judo, Rickey G, DJ Charlie White, DJ Chev, Carlos Broady and Vherbal.

Im kinda on the fence of wether to be a fan of Skewby or not.... I dont know. I liked some of his records, but then there was some i absolutly hated. He has talent, real talent, but i guess he just isnt my type of artist/emcee, which ever. But this is a very solid mixtape. Im really feeling this from him. This mixtape has some really good songs on it, with some really great production value. And i have some defenite favs on here. My favs are....
1. Sing A Song. 2. Sweet Dreams. 3. Book Of Eli. 4. Lost and Found. 5. Fall Back. Those arent in order.... |

Skewby is the type of artist either u love his music or you probably don't. The beautiful thing about music is that it has a language all its own. I personally like a few songs (Sing-a-Song might be my fav) more than others but overall its definitely a Grade A- mixtape. He has that appeal factor about him. Memphis has some talented artists' on the up rise. Jus Bentley is a good up coming female artist as well......good stuff.

Skewby has a very bright future. There are at least 4-5 records on this project that are absolutely outstanding.

This is byfar one of the greatest MIXTAPES that I have downloaded this year. I can't stop listening to it! Seems like each song has something to do with what I'm going through in my life.

if listening the first real song doesn't convince you that Skewby deserves your attention, then you're going to have trouble finding hiphop you like. Skewby proved that he was worthy of universal praise. Disregard anything besides the content ! its a complete and masterful collection! The mixtape/album is just so good, every single song.

If "Proving You Wrong.." announced the intentions for Skewby to build from, "More or Less" catapults beyond expectations to the next level. It takes skills that average crews can't calculate to do what Skewby and his production team are doing on this LP.
