Slumerican rhymesayer Rittz has once again come together with DJ Burn One and The DJBooth to bring listeners his latest street release, White Jesus: Revival.
An expanded re-release of 2011 breakout mixtape White Jesus, the project features eight stand out records from the original project, eight brand new record and one bonus track. Among the new additions are reader-approved leaks “Walking on Air,” “Sleep at Night” and “Paradise.”
Joining Rittz on the guest tip throughout White Jesus: Revival are NIkkiya, Jihad, Big K.R.I.T., Yelawolf and 8Ball. Production comes courtesy of DJ Burn One, Supa Hot Beats, DJA, Skapezilla, J-Plymp, Drum Gang, Count Justice and Shane Eli.

just gonna point out. its called white jesus revival. white jesus. as in its not supposed to be a completely different mixtape. he brought the songs he liked best from white jesus and put them on this one now that he has a bigger buzz. like yelawolfs trunk muzik and trunk muzik 0-60. on another note i think its a great mixtape.

I don't think Rittz could spit a wack verse if he tried to, and thats being 100 percent honest. Ever since his feature on my box chevy I've been locked in and following dudes career, he's a breath of fresh air in this watered down sh*t we call the rap game. I remember getting White Jesus and literally bumpin it on repeat for my entire 8 hour overnight work shift, haven't done that since Cormega dropped The Realness. Hooks, Harmonizing, Bars, Double Time, dude is the total package, he deserves all the love he's gettin on this site.

Rittz is going to be somebody in the industry. A strong somebody. He has the lyrical talent of ANYONE you wanna compare him to, and his flow will blow them off the planet. Such an articulate, methodical lyricist - his flow is simply impeccable. His ability to intertwine wordplay with intricate yet simple metaphors can stand the test of time with just about anyone, and his ability to understand musicianship is perhaps his most underrated skills stemming from this all-star one man cast. It is always a pleasure listening to Rittz, and I simply cannot wait to hear more track work from the man.
