South Florida producer Numonics has joined forces with IM KING, RubyHornet and DJBooth.net to bring listeners his latest mixtape, Being Cool Doesn’t Pay the Bills.
Produced entirely by Numonics and blended by Chicago’s DJ RTC (of RubyHornet & Closed Sessions), the 21-track project finds the up-and-coming beatsmith enlisting a diverse cast of rising stars and established heavyweights to pay testament to the hustle that is required to survive and thrive in today’s music game.

created a profile just to comment on this mixtape. John's production is solid and beatmakers across the world can learn from THIS mixtape.
#1 this is what it means for your beats to have soul. #2 this is what it means to continuity and variety all in the same package #3 if you're gonna program drums for hip hop, they better at least be this good... seriously, these tracks have FEEL!!! an unteachable, undefinable quality lil wayne would say no homo I'm saying... this is the type of project that makes you step your game up. I'M going to the lab. i don't know about you. on the business side of things... How many dope MC's can you get on one mixtape? @ least 21 if you're johnny f*ckin numonics learn from this one. unlike everyone else I thought that this was just an ok album. The beats were a little slow for me. I did like the Jazz influence in some of the albums including C0$$

At fist this mixtape did not appeal to me. But after listening to this mixtape multiple times i really started liking the flow of the whole production. This is real Hip-Hop there is not one bad song.
