Chi-town buzzmaker Neak has teamed up with DJBooth.net, RefinedHype, PrefixMag, YNotMyDream and FakeShoreDrive to bring fans his highly-anticipated new street album, Neak Rock.
The 12-track concept mixtape finds the freestyle series alumnus showcasing his cutting-edge lyrical stylings over vintage instrumentals by veteran beatsmith Pete Rock. Included are reader-acclaimed leaks “You Gave Me Life” and “What You Know About.”
Making guest appearances throughout the project are Add-2, Slot-A, Simeon Viltz (of The Primeridian), Sincerely Yours, DJ Moppy, DJ Goersch, Nida Nasheeda, F.A.B.L.E., Ang-13, Mike Schpitz and Drunken Monkeee. Mixing and mastering is courtesy of fellow Chicagoan, Mulatto Patriot.
