Chi-town buzzmaker Neak has joined forces with DJBooth.net to bring fans his sophomore street release, 84 Vol. 2 (The Silent Fiasco).

Executive produced by Mulatto Patriot and featuring artwork by Domi of PxLMND, The Silent Fiasco finds Neak offering listeners insight into the thoughts, dreams and doubts of an up-and-coming artist. Included on the 15-track project are previously-featured, Booth-approved leaks “Make It” and “Dear Sky.”

Fellow rising stars 1773, Sincerely Yours, NidaNasheeda, DJ Moppy, Yaw, and Gizelle make guest contributions. Lending their skills behind the boards are Slot-A, R.D., FynesS, and many more.

Neak's sound is certainly not for everyone, but if you have an hour and a pair of headphones this comes highly recommended.

"Chill hip hop" is usually slept on; don't make the mistake of following that stereotype.

DJ Z... you had me worried there for a minute. It didn't take me an hour to know that this is hot.

This one takes me back to Daisy Age of De La Soul over classic style hip hop beats. No stereotype with this one.

It took me the 2 first songs to get me hooked. I like the direction this is headed. A little Lupe influence....maybe....

Definately a head nod type of album where you can just vibe to the beat and definately hear that nostalgic hip hop beat of past... Some songs just make this album though
1.)Sucka MCs
2.)Radio
3.)Around The World
4.)Make It
